In addition to fair usage policy and unable to download through torrent during the day, I am very surprised that Maxis has resorted to blocking a certain website. At this moment I found out it is only davidmovie.com. There are possibly many more website that they block. This is not inline with what the government said earlier that they will not block the internet.
