Author: vCenter Server installation failed with the error below.
Error 25060. Setup failed to execute sqlcmd.exe
Go to Microsoft Download Center to download these files:
1) Microsoft SQL Server Native Client
2) Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Command Line Query Utility
It worked for me
