For those who signed up for Microsoft Beta exam testing, you should probably got the beta code for the registration.

Registration begins: May 17, 2010, 12 AM Eastern Standard Time (What time is this in my region?)

Beta exam period runs: May 21, 2010–June 11, 2010

I just registered 5 New Beta Exam early this morning sitting for the exams next month.

There is another exam in which I do not plan to take because I think I am already at my limit.

Current update @ 8:20 AM GMT + 8:00.

Finally, I registered for the exam. Almost 12 hours later. The Prometric website was still loading slow when I registered just now. I wondered how many people swarming the prometric to make it that slow.

The Prometric website is crawling like a snail. I can’t register for my beta exam 71-699. This is by far my worst experience with Prometric. I have been waiting like 2 hours for the web to complete my registration.

Beta code has been emailed to all selected users. You can register for this exam starting from 12.00 AM EST.

“I’m forwarding a Prometric voucher for a free Linux+ beta exam, which must be used at a Prometric testing center. (Sorry if you were among those who got a mail saying it was a VUE voucher.) If you can, I urge you to sign up and take the exam (#XK1-003) as soon as possible before it’s turned off. The cut-off is September 5th (or earlier, if 50 more people have taken it).”

Unfortunately my promotion code could not be found when I tried to register through Prometric. I think maybe I was too late to register for the test.
