Why do I care? So what?

1. If your IP address has been blacklisted, the email sent from you most likely to be trapped into a junk mail folder. The worst case scenario is that your recipient won’t be able to receive your email.

2. If your IP address has been blacklisted, your access to certain websites may be blocked or denied.

The destination server for this recipient could not be found in Domain Name Service (DNS). Please verify the email address and retry.
If that fails, contact your administrator.

It could mean that

1) The email address is invalid or there is a typing mistake of the recipient list.
2) The email domain has expired.
3) There is no receiving server for the email domain.

There are two methods to clear email address cache from the outlook.

1) As you type the email address, use drop down key to select the email address. Press delete to delete (Not backspace)

2.1) Close Outlook
2.2) Open Windows Explorer or IE and Paste %APPDATA%MicrosoftOutlook into the address
bar.
2.3) Delete the file Outlook.nk2 file in this folder
2.4) All Done.
